My Real Estate career started in 2003 from a passion for helping people achieve their home ownership dreams. My father and I attended real estate school together in the evenings while I was working full-time advising veterinarians in their practices. By 2004 I was selling houses and land in golf course communities. That experience gave me knowledge of all aspects of new construction sales.
In 2006 I transitioned into general residential sales. I immersed myself in all I could learn about the property resale market. This became my intentional path in real estate.
When the real estate market crashed in 2008, I found a new place to help homeowners through a short sale and foreclosure process. I was the preferred realtor for Bank of America and Wells Fargo as they worked through the default loans on their balance sheets.
Shortly after that I saw the need for a professional to assist tenants and landlords during uncertain times. I started and grew a property management business to a portfolio of 140 properties.
Today I am pleased to offer a full range of real estate services, which include buying, selling, property management and rental/lease options.
My philosophy is to enter into every real estate relationship with a commitment to exceed expectations by providing professionalism, integrity, and unsurpassed customer service throughout each transaction. My mission is to assist each client in making a great real estate decision. As a result, I have continually earned awards for outstanding sales production with 2 national brand real estate brokerages.

Certified Distressed Property Manager (CDPE)

Certified Property Manager (CPM)

The Certified Home Marketing Specialist certification was created by Martha Webb, author of "Dress Your House for Success." In the required 8-hour course, you'll learn how to: properly stage homes to ensure they will sell; address awkward issues such as clutter, odors, and pets; stage homes using low-cost, high-impact techniques; use color to increase buyer appeal; and take attractive photos for advertising purposes and social media. The curriculum includes action plans and scripts to help agents work with clients to implement high-impact strategies to drive home sales. With this certification, you'll indicate to sellers that you're an expert in home staging and optimizing buyer appeal.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®)
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
