• Full-Service Property Management: 10% of monthly rent
• Tenant Placement (Lease Fee): One full month’s rent
• Lease Renewal: 50% of one month’s rent.

First-Year Incentives:

• New clients receive an 8% management fee for the first 12 months
• Owners referred by an agent receive 30% off their first month’s management fees

Agent Referral Program

• Licensed agents earn 25% of the first month’s rent for each new management client referred.
• We treat your client with white-glove service and send them back to you when they’re ready to sell.
